The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, promoting the company’s services, and driving business growth. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Success requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in English and CRM tools.
Job Description :
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Address inquiries from potential clients and customers through phone, email, and live chat.
- Actively promote and sell the company’s recruitment services through outreach, including cold-calling.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and maintain ongoing communication.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying client requirements and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of client interactions and potential leads.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable local or international institution.
- Preferably based in Bali or willing to relocate to the Denpasar area.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Fluency in English as a must.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing work effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
