We are seeking a proactive and versatile Business Support professional to help drive smooth business operations. This role involves assisting with administrative tasks, preparing reports and documentation, coordinating schedules, and supporting cross-departmental projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly, ensuring the team operates efficiently while contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.

Job Description :

• Handle customer and client inquiries through phone (cold calling), email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactively promote and pitch company services to prospects via cold calls and outreach efforts.
• Consistently achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
• Work closely with colleagues to enhance customer engagement approaches and optimize sales strategies.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Ideally based in Bali or willing to relocate/work in the Denpasar area.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales or similar roles.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Positive, proactive, and self-driven work attitude.
• Goal-oriented with a proven sales mindset.
• Honest, loyal, quick to learn, team player, and adaptable.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and adjust to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali.
