The Business & Talent Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and matching top talent with suitable opportunities. The role involves identifying new business prospects, conducting market research, addressing client needs, and promoting recruitment services. Success in this role requires strong communication, goal orientation, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in the recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening, and connecting with top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Identify prospective clients and explore new business opportunities within the recruitment and sponsorship sectors.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, aspirations, and requirements to match them with appropriate job opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities.
- Address client issues and offer customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Promote the company’s recruitment services to potential candidates, emphasizing career benefits and opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a sales or service-oriented industry.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
- Strong goal orientation and a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and candidates.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
