This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product or service information. This role also supports promotional activities and ensures excellent service delivery.

Job Description :

  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Managing service appointments & providing service to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate product or service information to customers.
  • Gathering customer feedback on products, services, and overall.

Qualification :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Communication major or any major related.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
