We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Digital Strategy Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital strategy initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, increase engagement, and support overall business growth across multiple digital platforms.work environment.

Job Description:

  • Plan, implement, and manage digital strategy initiatives that support business goals and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Analyze and define target market segments, then design tailored digital campaigns to effectively reach each audience.
  • Create high-quality and engaging content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Manage, evaluate, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to ensure optimal performance and return on investment.
  • Perform keyword analysis and apply effective on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen brand presence, increase audience engagement, and grow social media communities.
  • Actively manage social media accounts by monitoring interactions, responding to inquiries, and reviewing analytics to refine strategies.
  • Track and evaluate website traffic, campaign results, and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, translating data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, creative, and other departments to deliver aligned and consistent marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing or a comparable role.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media channels, and email marketing software.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles, strategies, and supporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience working with content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
  • Preferably based in Bali or willing to work on-site in the Denpasar area.
