The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients to drive business growth. This role involves identifying client needs, provide solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.The Key Account Manager also collaborates with internal teams to deliver optimal service and meet business objectives.
Job Description :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Handle inquiries from potential clients and customers through phone, email, and live chat.
- Promote and sell the company’s recruitment services through cold-calling.
- Engage our clients and listen to their needs, feedback, and stay in close communications. Apply a proactive and understand the needs of our partners and provide solutions that lead to profitable business growth.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of client interactions and potential leads.
Qualification :
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university, either locally or abroad.
- Preferably based in Bali or willing to relocate to the Denpasar area.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Fluency in English as a must.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing work effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
