  • Monitor community discussions, respond to inquiries, and address concerns to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Curate relevant and compelling content from members and external sources to share with the community.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams
  • Gather feedback and insights from community members to inform decision-making and improve the community experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in community management, social media management, or a related role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
