We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen client relationships. The role involves identifying new opportunities, promoting products and services, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring excellent customer support. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Promote and present company products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and handle client inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali.
