Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service within our retail store. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for retail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Descripton :

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and in a timely manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Prepare sales and operational reports for upper management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Retail or Shop Manager (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial reporting.
• Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali.
